With several maps drawn and previously posted on the State Websites, some show the driveway in the wetland, some don't. This wetland was extended by Levesque Associates of Westfield, working for the DEP at this time. You see 2 white trucks belonging to Levesque. He wasn't done drawing my new wetland at this time. All wetlands will be moved off of lot-3 with the home.
After the second home is built, to make the wetland look bigger, Levesque condenses 3 lots into 2. Lot 2 is actually missing. The State DEP has Levesque associates change the Wetland map in the State Wetlands Mapping. We are moving a wetland and someone will be asked to be responsible - sign off on the move and they are looking for Derrick Hale to be responsible. It's illegal tm move wetlands.
10/02/2009, our stone wall is half built on Lot-2. Lot 4, on the hill is being bulldozed, Prime rattlesnake habitat. No driveway on lot-3 yet. Our bank loan just approved, wetland in the distance is being filled in and graded to dry out. The road's already installed by the town and loam is stolen from our Lot-2.
Next, after the Lot-3 wetland is mostly filled in, I'm directed by the F&G department to have my land Mapped by a certified Surveyor and this is because Walkowski moved wetland flags on my property. In the upper left, he marks half of the wetland on Lot-3 but then Walkowski fills in his wetland all the way. See next picture.
With my new Wetland that Walkowski assigned to me with the approval of the State of Massachusetts, Kevin Walkowski is ready to sell his house, he has 30 yards of loam delivered, spreads it on our property line to raise elevation and remove his wetland from his property, Lot-3.
David Paulson of F&G instructs me to have the Surveyor delete the Walkowski Wetland before recording it into Hampton Count
Same Lot-2 map but this is made in 2020 and the wetland in the upper left is missing even though it's a recorded wetland in the Hampton County Deeds, Springfield MA. Levesque Associates of Westfield with the guidance of the DEP Springfield MA, draw a new wetland to make up for all the displaced wetland on Lot-3 which was filled in. Again, it's illegal to fill in and move wetlands and those who hav
Approved to build a home in June of 2012, it was too late. I was held up, working for my son for almost 3 years now and the property was paid off. I had already successfully and regrettably moved the Wetland for the Fish and Game.
Now, 2024, I'm thinking of building a new retirement home for myself now and as a Veteran, I'm approved for a VA loan.
I will pay my son off for his losses but no, the D
With my recorded wetland missing in this map, I was forced to Hire Levesque Associates, paid them over $8,000 and lost another chance to build. The DEP is in charge here. I asked Levesque to meet me at the land prior to starting. They asked for a down payment. I wrote a check. Expecting them to meet me, our land was all steaked out when I was called there. Before I could say a word, I was accused
In 2024 I attend a meeting at the Town Hall with my daughter. My son lives in Boston MA and isn't involved. I pay the tax bill and part of the insurance. Mr. Walkowski has covenants on the land, I need his approval to build, Location, size of the home etc. Walkowski will not speak with me. The Town says this is Federal issue. I can't build unless I know exactly where the (Real Wetland) is. I need
