Underground Aquifer location. The underground spring still flows heavy at times, dry's up in summer and was the Wetland's primary source of water.

The Aquifer used to be where the rocks are. Water flows slowed way down when they plugged it with rocks but water still comes through the rocks in heavy water events.

While heavy construction was going on next door, filling in the wetland, I was raking with my tractor and seeding the field on lot 2 with a Meadow grass and wildflower mixture. The lot was perfectly dry except where I got near lot 3. The tree with rocks is our property line. Lot 3 was very wet and muddy. This land was elevated by about 3 feet in this area so all water flows to the North, our lot.

On 1/5/2010, the weather very cold and the filling process for a raised backyard was in progress. They raised the back yard maybe 15 feet towards the rear. I've never seen this before but the Septic Engineer did his Perc Testing in the 12 to 15 feet of soil just dropped there. I question this. The well is in the foreground with green pipe markers.

Two Euclid's transported earth from the mountain side below. It's obvious by historical maps earth - fill was taken from another land owner - without permits. Thousands of yards of material was needed. Why would I be concerned? I lost my chance to build a home and was under a cease and desist.

Major land buildup from the mountainside - endangered species, protected land.

Picture # 9 taken from  upstairs in the house. Septic going in and then they leveled the whole area with thousands of yards of soil.
