I look at the new driveway, see septic perc tests are being done.
A week later, a pair of Killdeer Plovers appear. I warn Attorney Walkowski, 2 days later, I have 3 shotgun shells in my driveway, the nesting Plovers are shot and gone.
another of a Killdeer.
Attorney Kevin Walkowski obtained this land with a Quit Claim Deed. In the year 2004, working with the Town of Montgomery, Kevin subdivided and clear-cut this land. At no time did I see a DEP File Number issued.
Mass Natural Heritage, knowing this was Endangered Species land, allowed Kevin Walkowski, the DEP and the Town of Montgomery's Conservation reprehensive, Page Liberty to proceed with the destruction of 55 acres of land. The Town Of Montgomery engineered and built the road which I believe was donated private conservation land not belonging to Mr. Walkowski.
In the year 2007, this 55 acre approved development was clear cut of all trees and vegetation. All the Timber Rattle snakes were disturbed, killed or Hawks killed the exposed snakes. Three wetland areas existed, State Mapped. Wetlands on lot -1, 3, and lot 4 were all clear cut. Two wetlands, 1 & 3 out-flowed into tributaries until a 4 ft. raised driveway diverted water shown in the 2010 photo.
