Manipulated Wetlands

A driveway is installed, cut short so the water from the wetland changes direction and runs across our dry lot - 2. The home is built and raised 6 to 8 feet so the water changes directions. 

2010, a pair of Killdeer Plovers appear in early spring. They nest on our lot-2 and enjoy the water in the wetland on lot-3 

This online Map is still current. You see the two homes, Lot's 1, 2, & 3 are all around 6 acres in size. There is a home on Lot's 1 & 3  In this map, altered by Levesque for the State I assume, This map shows only 2 lots. Lot-2 is missing and I pay taxes on it. 

There are reasons why they didn't draw the driveway connecting the road. 

 

Pigs were raised by a squatter years ago I'm told, where shacks were constructed. The 55 acres was vacant land before Walkowski's ownership. The Walkowski family I'm told first made claim to it. Pigs were raised here prior because an Aquifer provided water for the Pigs and it's water supported the wetland. The Aquifer  was plugged up so now little water feeds the land.  

After Kevin's Home was almost complete and almost ready for sale, Kevin put the home back in his name to sell. He had one more task and that was to make sure all Wetlands were on Lot-2.

Working with the Fish and Game Dept. The "Certified Wetland" was 1/2 on Lot-3, until Kevin orders 3 loads of loam. I call the Fish and Game again, ignored. Now we just moved the wetland again, It's all is on lot-2.

I officially broke the law. I moved the Wetland per David Paulson's instruction, Natural Heritage, Fish and Game. It's recorded in Hampton County Deeds but David makes one more request. Have your Surveyor delete the wetland showing on Lot-3 then record this work in Hampton County Deeds. Lot-2 Wetlands officially erased. Carl & Derrick, my son own a recorded wetland now.

Levesque and the State DEP needed to fix this old map, date 2022, and this Wetland was no way, as large as the one filled in. Our property line is the tree at the end of Lot-2 driveway. That Wetland is mostly on Lot-2.

This is where he ended the driveway. All water is forced to flow on our property as the construction of the home is started. This picture taken as the loads were dumped. 

Soon after the driveway, water starts to become an issue for Lot-2

Levesque finishes his work for me, Lot-2, 18 months after I told him my son purchased a home. Levesque claims our property is all Wetlands. He charges me over $8000 and delivers his work to me by mail, almost 2 years later. I'm stunned, I call him, leave a message, I already have a Wetland idiot. This design was verbally approved by Walkowski in 2009

Our last design, 2018 was Modular, to get it in faster. Derrick has young children

2009 design. Again, in 2018, we thought we were all set to build when the Town Of Montgomery told us the land we owned had issues and I'd need to hire Levesque Associates. I was soon given my second Cease and Desist for mowing a Wetland putting a stop to all our plans again. You could say I was the "Monkey in the middle".
